What Is A Good Diet Plan For A 14 Yr Old Girl Trying To Lost 45 Lbs In 6 Months?

I’m starting today- I’ve been thinking about it for awhile and I was just doing my homework and I decided I’m going to do it. I threw away my bowl of dorritos and my milk and I got some grapes and some water, lol. Can you help me find out what else to eat though? I know salads and etc, but I need to eat other stuff too…thank you! detailed answers are really appreciated!

    well, start by getting the milk back.. it is very healthy for you and will help with ;your over all weight loss… meat,veggies are the tried and true,, and excercise.. everyda;y, if your dont excercise nothing is really goin to happen,,and sa;y No to the crap foods.. mcDs,etc,dorritos,potato chips. and all sodas, even the diet ones..eat a good breakfast before school as this will keep you fueled up and you wont get those 11am craving for munchies(because ;you are hungry) have a good lunch (one sandwich if you have to have one) and a proper dinner, and EXCERCISE everday for 30 tp 45 minutes, fast walk,running what ever just get moving ,, try the pilates ball for a great all over body workout to tone up.. its awesome..

    just follow the food pyramid….it works….my sister has lost a ton of weight by using it….cut your portions in 1/2
