How Many Mg’s Of Ephedrine A Day Are Recomended For Weight Loss?

I know you can lose weight using OTC asthma meds like broncaid, which each contain 25 mgs of ephedrine HCl…I’m just at a loss as to how much I should take a day? Enough to lose weight but not so much where it’s dangerous. thanks.
